Issue:
Client had been in a space for almost 20 years and subject to annual rent increases that pushed their rates above the market. The landlord refused to lower the rate to match the competition.
Solution:
Avocat identified and analyzed half dozen alternate spaces with pricing below Client’s rate, many that were higher quality and/or featured more amenities.
Result:
Client relocated to a Class A building far nicer than the original space and with onsite fitness facilities for their employees at a rate below their prior rate.
