The company maintains a variety of specialized equipment that is notably expensive and time-consuming to relocate. As the company grew in size, took on more projects, and expanded their staff, their existing facility was too small to support their changing needs. A move was considered, but equipment relocation would’ve been detrimental to revenue operations.
Expansion within the current park required taking a non-adjacent space.
