Issue:
PCF Souvenirs occupied approximately 58,700 SQFT in Orlando. The space was not a great fit for them and they recognized they needed to make a change, but were unsure of what options they had available to them since there was still about 3 years of lease term remaining at the time.
Solution:
Avocat Group provided a Potential Paths Analysis with real market options along with the costs, feasibility, and timelines associated with each option. This allowed us to analyze all of the potential path’s available to PCF and determine which made the most sense to focus our efforts on.
Result:
PCF was able to save time and clearly understand which paths were real options that provided the most cost effective and desirable locations for their space relocation.
