Issue:
Nestle’s Edy’s Ice Cream division had offices, a warehouse, and a trucking center with outdoor refrigeration charger stations in 3 separate locations. It was expensive and inconvenient to operate from 3 facilities each more than a mile apart.
Solution:
We helped them to find an end cap flex warehouse space with an adjacent parking lot that could be used for truck parking.
Result:
The new landlord provided new turn-key offices, the space had a high bay warehouse attached, and the landlord installed 40 truck charging outlets in the adjacent lot. The total rent for the brand new facility was less than the prior 3 separate facilities.
